Typical product of Apulia, it is a peculiar soft bread with an alveolar crumb, it could be eaten as a classic sandwich or as bread for bruschetta. Besides the classic round shape, it is available in 2 other versions, Ciabatta and Long Puccia. Soft and rectangular loafs, recognizable by the particular alveolar crumb, by the brown crust and by the pleasant crunchiness.
